Document agreed actions and progress, adapting coaching to the individual's needs. Communicate realistic expectations without guaranteeing interviews, offers, or placement. Qualifications Experience coaching professionals in the named specialty, with a clear coaching approach and relevant client outcomes. Clear communication, independent organization, and reliable follow-through. Ability to explain relevant prior work without sharing confidential client or employer material.
