Hotel General Manager – Project-Based Consultancy

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Saudi Hotel General Manager for a short-term, project-based consultancy assignment. The engagement will focus on a defined scope of work, with agreed deliverables and a clear timeline for completion. The initial duration is one month, with a possible extension to two months based on project requirements. This opportunity suits an established hospitality professional who can contribute their expertise on a temporary consultancy basis. Currently employed candidates are welcome to apply, provided they can fulfill the assignment alongside their existing commitments. Qualifications * Saudi national. * A minimum of four years of proven experience as a Hotel General Manager in 4-star or 5-star hotels, with 5-star experience preferred. * Official experience certificates or employer-issued documentation confirming relevant management positions and duration of employment. * Strong knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, quality assurance, and operational planning. * Ability to work independently and deliver agreed outcomes within the project timeline. Location and Engagement * Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates based in Riyadh are preferred; candidates in other Saudi cities may work remotely. * Engagement type: Project-based consultancy. * Duration: One month, potentially extending to two months. * Scope and deliverables: To be discussed and agreed upon before the assignment begins.
