Customer Care Specialist – Online Advertising Services About the role An international customer support team in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Customer Care Specialist. The project focuses on supporting business customers who use online advertising services. You will help users understand platform features, deal with account questions and find solutions to issues affecting their advertising activity. This position suits people who communicate confidently, enjoy learning new tools and can stay professional when handling challenging customer situations. Key responsibilities Support business users with questions about accounts and advertising services. Explain platform features and guide customers through available tools. Investigate customer issues and provide clear next steps. Maintain a professional tone and contribute to a positive customer experience. Requirements C1+ English proficiency. Strong customer communication and de-escalation skills. Good digital literacy and willingness to learn. Ability to handle customer information responsibly. Experience in customer service or digital advertising is beneficial, although motivated entry-level candidates may also be considered. A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required. Work conditions Work location: Lisbon, Portugal. On-site position, 40 hours per week.
