Position: Bilingual Croatian Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $38–$42/hour Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate Role Responsibilities Write expert-level prompts in Croatian across a range of sensitive subject areas. Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments. Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Croatian. Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model safety . Qualifications Must-Have Native or near-native fluency in Croatian, plus business-level written English. A Bachelor's degree , completed or in progress. Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail. Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred Based in Croatia or the wider Eastern Europe region. Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
