Manager – Finance

Lead the finance function for a growing business in Malta, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, treasury, and compliance, and managing a small finance team. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and board-level reports Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting Manage accounts payable and receivable Oversee treasury management including cash flow forecasting and banking relationships Ensure compliance with Maltese tax obligations including VAT and corporate tax Requirements Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent) with 4+ years post-qualification experience Finance management experience, ideally within a commercial business in Malta Strong knowledge of IFRS and Maltese tax regulations Proficiency in Xero, Sage, or SAP Excellent leadership and communication skills Salary: €40,000 – €50,000 Full posting: https://www.flash-talent.com/professional/jobs/p16
