You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless travel and accommodation experiences. Key Responsibilities: Assist guests and accommodation partners with bookings, modifications, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently with high attention to customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex requests and payments. Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in Icelandic with excellent English . Strong customer-centric mindset and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is a plus.
