About the Role We are looking for a welcoming, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, maintaining an organized reception area, and creating a positive first impression through excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Greet visitors and customers in a friendly and professional manner. Answer general questions and provide relevant information. Direct visitors to the appropriate individuals or areas. Assist with visitor check-ins and appointment arrangements. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception space. Support daily administrative and front desk activities. Communicate visitor needs and relevant information to team members. Handle assigned responsibilities with discretion and attention to detail. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Dependable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with different people.
