Maintain candidate consent, submission ownership, and clean pipeline records. Share search feedback and protect confidential employer and candidate information. Qualifications Hands-on sourcing and recruiting experience in the specialty named in this posting, with examples of completed searches. Clear communication, independent organization, and reliable follow-through. Ability to explain relevant prior work without sharing confidential client or employer material. Familiarity with the startup and professional-services ecosystem in the target city. Engagement and compensation Fixed pay: $96,000 to $144,000 per year. Engagement: contractor.
