Russian / English Interpreter Wanted - Work from Home in Portugal

Join our client’s full work from home Russian-speaking Team in Portugal and provide excellent Russian to English translations. You must have an EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit for this role. Your Role Render correct concepts and meanings between Russian and English following complexity, clarity, tone, and style from one language into another Uphold the correct rules for grammar and syntax in both languages Provide strict renditions of the messages including every detail of the conversation Follow instructions of customers, manage the flow of the call and avoid taking over the call Understand protocol and terminology at the customer service level in the following industries: Insurance, Legal, Medicine (General and Forensic) QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS C1 Russian language level, both oral and written, as well as C1 English High School Diploma (mandatory) Education in languages/translation/interpretation or related fields will be considered as an advantage Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective BENEFITS Work 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, 24/7 Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Work from home from anywhere in mainland Portugal Private medical insurance Language: Russian Employment Type: Remote Requirements: C1 Russian language level, both oral and written, as well as C1 English High School Diploma (mandatory) Education in languages/translation/interpretation or related fields will be considered as an advantage Excellent listening, retention and note-taking skills Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and always remain neutral and objective
