Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative – Insurance Support

About the Role We are hiring a Romanian-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist customers with insurance-related enquiries. You will provide information about products and coverage, support policy-related requests and ensure a professional customer experience in Romanian and English. Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries by phone and email. Provide detailed information about insurance products. Answer questions about coverage and policy-related matters. Assist with policy cancellations and other customer requests. Help insurance brokers direct their enquiries to the appropriate team. Manage inbound and outbound calls and maintain accurate customer records. Fluent Romanian and English. Experience as an insurance customer service representative. Friendly and professional demeanour. Strong communication skills. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Requirements Languages Romanian / English Salary €900–€950 gross/month (source salary: €920) Location & Work Arrangement On-site, Lisbon, Portugal Working Schedule Working schedule to be confirmed during the recruitment process. Relocation Relocation support provided. Benefits €100 performance bonus per 12 months; €7.63 meal allowance per working day.
