JC Recruiting is partnering with a global technology company to find a motivated and customer-focused Customer Representative for the Russian Market. Join the team and enhance the online advertising experience for clients on one of the most popular social media platforms worldwide. Your Role: Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses using Facebook and Instagram ads products. Assist clients through various communication channels, including live chat, emails, and outbound phone calls. Resolve issues, improve customer satisfaction, and offer troubleshooting assistance to advertisers. Identify trends and address challenges faced by multiple SMB clients. Provide product and tool support to enhance clients’ advertising experience. QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS Fluency in Russian (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).
