About the position
Enjoy 100% remote flexibility from any location in Bulgaria! Use your Slovenian language skills to assist customers in a stable, daytime customer support role. Perks & Compensation: Salary: €1,300 Gross/month Welcome Bonus: €1,500 extra bonus package! 100% Remote: Work from anywhere in Bulgaria (WFA) Relocation Package: Available if moving to Bulgaria from abroad Daytime Hours: 08:00 – 19:00 shift window, Monday to Friday (Weekends OFF!) Paid Onboarding: 2 weeks training Responsibilities: Hand le general customer service inquiries via Phone, Chat, and Email in Slovenian. Solve customer issues efficiently with high satisfaction.
