Key Responsibilities Contact potential new customers via phone to present product advantages and secure credit card subscriptions. Conduct all customer interactions exclusively by phone. Schedule & Location Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, Monday–Friday) from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. Workplace Location: On-site at the TP Tejo building in Lisbon, conveniently accessible via metro (Oriente Station), bus (Carris routes), or train. Training & Onboarding Duration: 5 business days of intensive training (8 hours/day) + up to 5 business days of practical internship/nesting. Training Schedule: Generally aligns with regular working hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM). Training Content: Company integration, software tool training, comprehensive product/service training, customer management techniques (phone, email, chat), and supervised workplace implementation. Training Compensation: Paid upon successful completion at €10.00/day (€100.00 total for 10 business days), tax-free (no social security deductions prior to contract signing). Contract Terms & Benefits Contract Type: Open-ended/uncertain-term employment contract with an estimated initial duration of 12 months, renewable for up to 24 months, leading to a permanent contract after 2 years.
