We work with established travel suppliers to coordinate bookings and support clients throughout the planning process. Role Overview We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Remote Vacation Planner to research travel options, coordinate reservations, and respond to client questions. You'll work remotely using online communication and reservation tools. Responsibilities Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and activities based on clients' preferences. Coordinate reservation requests with travel suppliers and verify booking details before confirmation. Answer client questions by phone, email, and online messaging. Share travel information and help clients compare their options. Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation. Follow company procedures and client service standards. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Comfortable using email, web-based applications, and online communication tools. Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace. At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in your country of residence. Experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support is helpful but optional.
