The Role As our Talent Success Manager, you will connect with and evaluate qualified language training candidates. This is a part-time, fully remote position, ideal for an organized professional who enjoys working across cultures. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with elt team members to match our clients with best suited trainer for their unique needs and schedule Manage posts for global language training program openings on relevant platforms and channels Communicate with applicants across different time zones Screen candidates for language skills, teaching experience, and fit Requirements: Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Previous recruiting experience, recruiting in language services or training a plus Multilingual candidates preferred
