Project Manager/Business Manager | Permanent Position

The Team You will be joining the Asia-Pacific Organization and Business Management team within the Chief Operating Office (COO) structure. The team is responsible for driving key strategic initiatives, managing transformation projects, and handling operational business management functions—including budget planning and strategic oversight—across the regional Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) platform. The Role As a Project Manager / Business Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact mandates and business transformation projects within the APAC CIB platform. This position offers direct exposure to senior management and executive stakeholders, giving you the opportunity to autonomously lead change, manage business management tasks, and solve complex operational challenges. The Requirements Hands-on Project Management experience within the banking sector. Solid domain knowledge and background in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB), including Global Markets, Capital Markets, or Global Banking. Proven experience managing transformation projects autonomously and driving organizational change. Strong communication, presentation, and C-level stakeholder management skills. Prior background in Business Management, financial budgeting, or management accounting within banking is highly preferred. Experience gained within consulting firms (financial services practice) or in-house banking transformation teams is advantageous.
