What you'll do Review and moderate text, images and videos for platform safety and community compliance Handle user safety reports quickly, accurately and with sound judgment Support users via chat, email and calls Evaluate data to help improve and train AI systems Work with sensitive content professionally, supported by our well-being team What you need Portuguese at C1 or native level (Portugal, Brazil, Angola, Mozambique and other Portuguese speakers all welcome) English at B2/C1 1–3 years in customer support, BPO or content moderation (preferred, not essential) Typing speed of 30+ WPM with 85%+ accuracy Good judgment, attention to detail and emotional resilience What we offer Full relocation package to Athens 24/7 well-being support, with professional counselors and wellness facilities Meal card of up to €80/month (based on attendance) Training and clear career progression in an international company A multicultural team in one of Europe's most vibrant cities Schedule: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts between 10:00 and 02:00, with occasional weekends.
