PR & Events Specialist – Porto 📍 Lisbon, Portugal About Street Street Smash Burgers was born in Lisbon in 2024 with a simple idea: going back to the roots of the burger with quality product and the smash technique. 100% beef, an open kitchen and a casual, authentic atmosphere. Today we’re growing across nearly 40 restaurants in 4 countries, and we’re looking for people with the drive to learn, energy and rhythm to grow with us. The role You’ll work from our Lisbon office as Street’s person in Porto. You’ll find PR opportunities, build our network in the city and run our events, collabs and openings there from start to finish. For us, network, taste, initiative and execution matter more than years of experience. What you’ll do Build and grow Street’s network in Porto across media, creators, brands, venues, fashion, music and culture Find and bring in PR opportunities, partnerships and collabs that fit Street’s identity Manage relationships with Porto press and journalists, and support press releases, media invites and follow-ups Organise our Porto events, activations and store openings end to end: concept, venue, suppliers, guest list, logistics and budget Travel to Porto and run every event on site, from setup to close, hosting guests, press and creators Coordinate with stores, suppliers, venues and partners before, during and after each event Track coverage, contacts and results, and bring Porto trends and ideas to our Marketing, Brand, PR and Content teams in Lisbon Who we’re looking for Must-have Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Porto’s neighbourhoods, venues and scene, plus a strong personal network there across media, creators, brands and hospitality Previous PR, events or communication experience in Porto, with examples of your work, events or collabs there (CV and examples required) Proven experience planning and running events, activations or launches yourself, from first plan to the day itself Outgoing, highly organised and independent: you handle several projects at once and follow up on every detail Strong taste and a real feel for street culture, fashion, food, music and design Professional working proficiency in Portuguese and English Nice-to-have Experience with food, hospitality, fashion or lifestyle brands Professional working proficiency in Spanish What we offer A structured, fast-growing company Dynamic, results-oriented environment Continuous training and real career growth Compensation package based on experience Company benefits
