Sr Controller - Mortgage Servicing

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of key financial operations, lead a high-performing accounting team, and drive process improvements within a growing financial services organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead accounting, payroll, and accounts payable functions across multiple business entities. Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, budgeting, and forecasting. Manage external audits, regulatory compliance, and internal financial controls. Oversee cash flow, balance sheet reconciliations, and debt reporting. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and mortgage servicing accounting requirements. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and operational efficiency. Develop, mentor, and lead the accounting team. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent professional certification. 15+ years of progressive accounting experience. At least 10 years in senior accounting roles within mortgage servicing or relevant financial services, including Controller-level experience. Proven experience leading teams and managing financial audits. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, mortgage servicing rights (MSR) valuation, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance. Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities. What's on Offer?
