You'll help users navigate account setups, billing, native app troubleshooting, and exciting AI feature rollouts. Key Responsibilities Account & Billing Management: Support sign-ups, renewals, plan tiers, and billing inquiries. AI & Product Guidance: Educate users on premium features and AI tools to maximize product value. Multi-Channel & Outbound Support: Handle inquiries with a high-touch, personalized approach. Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve native app issues to ensure a seamless experience.
