KEY INFORMATION Work Model: Remote, subject to initial on-site requirements Location: Athens, Greece Languages: Dutch & English Schedule: Monday to Sunday Working Hours: Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00 Relocation: Relocation support available for eligible candidates ABOUT THE ROLE As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers in Dutch and English, provide helpful solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and working in an international environment. REQUIREMENTS Fluent in Dutch. Good command of English. Willing and able to work remotely from Greece. Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends. Willingness to attend on-site training and meet the initial office-based work requirements.
