As we continue to expand across North America, we are looking for reliable, friendly, and team-oriented Baristas to join our Manhattan team. No prior barista experience required — paid training is provided. Key Responsibilities Prepare beverages following company recipes and standards. Provide friendly, efficient customer service. Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked. Assist with opening, closing, and daily store tasks. Work with teammates to keep service running smoothly. Qualifications No prior barista experience required; paid training provided. Working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese for customer service and team communication. Reliable, punctual, and positive, with the ability to follow recipes and food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $17.50–$19.50/hour, commensurate with experience, plus tips. Paid training. Paid sick leave.
