About the position
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join a growing finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across finance processes. Key Responsibilities: At least 5 years of relevant Australian accounting experience 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience – essential CPA/CA qualified or currently pursuing CPA/CA qualification Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards, BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and ASIC requirements Solid experience in month-end close, management reporting, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and budgeting Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modelling capabilities Experience in finance process improvement and NetSuite optimisation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills High attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
