Sales Executive - Lahore

People Perfect is hiring Sales Executive for a leading engineering and industrial solutions company. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, particularly in industrial equipment and machinery, including air compressors, vacuum pumps, material handling equipment, and processing, filling, and packaging machinery. Key Responsibilities Market and sell industrial equipment and engineering solutions, including air compressors and vacuum pumps. Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and manufacturing sectors. Generate leads and build strong relationships with potential and existing corporate clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to close sales. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending proposals. Maintain customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or an equivalent relevant discipline. 2–3 years of experience in B2B industrial equipment sales. Proven experience selling air compressors, vacuum pumps, industrial machinery, or engineering solutions. Strong business development and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to understand technical product requirements and customer needs. Strong client relationship management and sales closing skills.
