Then keep reading Your Role: You will be providing customer support over the phone, email and chat You will be the main point of contact for clients ensuring excellent and smooth customer experience and journey You will be assisting clients with questions, queries and information they might require Requirements: Highly proficient in Italian both written and spoken at native or advanced level C2/C1 and fluency in English (B2 Level or above) Outstanding communication and relational skills Customer-centered mindset and problem solver Availability to work on rotating shifts Valid right to work in the EU (EU citizen, EU passport ect..)
