What we offer Monthly productivity bonus of up to €250 Quarterly sales bonus of up to €900 in sales-focused teams Monday to Friday schedule, with occasional weekend shifts in some teams Transport bonus of up to €100 per month for on-site roles Flight ticket home every 6 months in selected remote roles Relocation support for candidates moving from abroad Full paid training and a support period with experienced colleagues before you go live Team activities and a supportive international environment 8-month contract with potential for extension What you'll do Help German-speaking customers by phone, email and chat Solve technical issues with products, devices, apps and digital services Assist with account, billing, payment, order and delivery questions Handle refunds, cancellations and claims following clear procedures In sales teams: offer the right products, upgrades and renewals What we're looking for Native or C1 German English at B2 level or higher Good computer skills and typing speed of at least 25 words per minute Friendly, patient and solution-oriented Customer service, tech support or sales experience is a plus, not a must Based in Greece or open to relocating Interviews are happening now.
