Your Role Reporting to a senior member of the consulting team, you will support a portfolio of client engagements from start to finish. Day to day, you will: Prepare and deliver high-quality client work products under the guidance of a senior consultant Review client operations and performance data to identify improvements and opportunities Keep engagements on schedule and set clear expectations with clients Join client calls and take part in discussions and negotiations with government agencies Help clients stay compliant with the terms of their federal contracts Assemble contract change requests and contribute to proposal development alongside the firm's writing team Follow internal procedures and federal requirements on every deliverable What You Bring Bachelor's degree (required) Clear, professional writing and strong people skills Sharp organization and the ability to juggle several priorities at once Solid research ability and a habit of catching details others miss A relationship-first approach with clients and colleagues Comfort working on your own and as part of a team Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Compensation and Benefits Competitive base salary Generous paid time off Medical, dental, and vision coverage with employer contribution 401(k) with company match Life insurance, FSA, and HSA options Professional development and tuition support Mobile phone reimbursement Employee referral program
