Sales Trainer (Telesales Training)

Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency Responsibilities: Design and improve training programs, onboarding structures, and learning pathways Develop and maintain training content, instructional materials, and knowledge resources aligned with QA/QC standards Identify capability gaps and create development programs to improve employee performance Conduct competency assessments and issue certifications for new employees before operational deployment with 100% certification compliance Act as a bridge between Learning & Development and Sales, driving continuous improvement through feedback loops and measurable outcomes Gather feedback from Sales and Operations teams and implement measurable improvements at least quarterly Work closely with the Sales Team to understand real business needs and continuously refine training programs to support sales effectiveness Conduct Learning & Development training program for employees based on department needs Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in any field 4-5 years of of experience in Sales training Strong passion for Sales, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn Good command in communication, facilitation skills with demonstrated, presentation skills, with a solid understanding of Software Proficient in computer skills especially MS Office Good command of English Work Location: 66 Tower, Bangna (BTS Udomsuk, exit 2) Contact Person: Milk_HR: 096-932-3948
