Join a leading customer experience team in Lisbon as a Customer Service professional. In this on-site role, you will provide excellent support and manage customer interactions, primarily in English, within a dynamic advertising technology environment. Key points Location: Lisbon, Portugal, a vibrant capital known for its rich history, picturesque landscapes and dynamic cultural scene, offering a high quality of life Work model: On-site Language: English Schedule: Initially Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00, with two shifts (07:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 19:00). The schedule may later change to 24/7 rotational shifts with two rotating days off (to be confirmed) Compensation: Monthly gross salary, plus a welcome bonus paid in monthly instalments during the first year, a food allowance for each working day, and an attendance bonus Relocation: No relocation support provided Requirements Fluent English Previous experience in paid campaign management Experience in Digital Marketing Strong customer service-oriented skills Availability to work rotational shifts Preferred Experience in a contact centre or service program for an advertising technology company Fluency in social media product usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising
