We're hiring Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a dedicated regional refrigerated driving opportunity based in McDonough, Georgia . This position offers average weekly earnings of $1,550–$1,660, weekly home time with weekends at home, no-touch freight, and additional compensation for stops, backhauls, and attendance . Drivers transport refrigerated freight between distribution centers throughout the Southeast and surrounding regions. This is a regional position requiring overnight travel and sleeping in the truck during the workweek. Pay & Compensation Average Weekly Earnings: $1,550–$1,660 Average Annual Earnings: Approximately $85,000 Mileage Pay: $0.60 per mile Stop Pay: $36 per qualifying stop Backhaul Pay: $36 per occurrence Weekly Attendance Bonus: $150, subject to eligibility Holiday Pay: $328 per eligible holiday Paid Holidays: Six annually Drivers average approximately 2,121 miles and 36 stops per week , depending on freight volume and assigned routes. Compensation includes mileage and activity-based pay. Actual earnings vary based on miles driven, stops completed, backhauls, attendance, and other qualifying activities. Schedule & Home Time Home weekly Home weekends Sunday evening departure Friday morning return Approximately 12–14 hours per shift Delivery windows generally between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM Overnight travel required Drivers sleep in the truck during the workweek This position is best suited for drivers comfortable with overnight regional operations and a consistent weekly schedule. Job Responsibilities Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes. Transport refrigerated freight between distribution centers. Complete multi-stop deliveries. Maintain required refrigerated trailer temperatures. Pick up backhaul freight when assigned. Complete pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections. Maintain accurate DOT logs and delivery paperwork. Communicate with dispatch regarding load status and delays. Follow assigned delivery schedules. Fuel at designated company-approved locations. Follow applicable DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
