You will compare draft transcripts with audio, correct errors and apply agreed formatting standards. What you will do Review draft transcripts against the original recordings. Correct wording, punctuation and transcription errors. Check speaker labels and apply consistent formatting. Flag unclear audio rather than guessing missing content. Maintain organised files and handle recordings confidentially. What we are looking for Excellent listening, grammar and typing accuracy. Strong attention to detail. The ability to follow formatting guidelines and review audio carefully. Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace in South Africa. The ability to work independently, communicate progress and meet agreed deadlines. Nice to have Experience with transcription software. Previous transcript editing or proofreading experience.
