Quality Officer (Healthcare Quality)

Industry: Clinic Job Summary Our client, a healthcare clinic, is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Healthcare Quality Assurance Officer to monitor healthcare service quality, patient safety, internal audits, and compliance with AACI accreditation standards. The successful candidate will work closely with different departments to ensure compliance with clinic policies, improve operational quality, and maintain high standards of patient care. Main Responsibilities: Monitor the implementation of clinic policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Support healthcare quality improvement initiatives and patient safety activities. Conduct internal audits and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Monitor compliance with AACI accreditation standards and maintain relevant supporting documentation and evidence. Collect, analyze, and report departmental KPIs and quality indicators. Monitor patient complaints, satisfaction surveys, and incident reports. Assist departments in identifying operational risks and implementing improvement plans. Prepare quality reports, meeting minutes, and audit documentation. Coordinate quality improvement meetings, staff training, and awareness activities. Follow up on policy reviews, document control, and quality improvement projects. Main Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field. Previous experience in healthcare quality management or hospital/clinic operations is an advantage. Knowledge of quality assurance, patient safety, internal audits, and risk management. Basic understanding of AACI or other healthcare accreditation standards is preferred. Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. Good communication, coordination, and report-writing skills. Good Khmer communication skills; English proficiency is an advantage. Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to coordinate with multiple departments.
