WE ARE HIRING | ACCOUNTS & FINANCE EXECUTIVE Designation: Accounts & Finance Executive Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Work Mode: WFO Office Experience: 2–5 Years CTC: ₹2.4–3 LPA Qualification: B.Com / M.Com Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable, and vendor payments. • Prepare weekly cash flow and payment position reports for management. • Maintain receivables ageing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding records. • Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and e-way bills in coordination with the Chartered Accountant. • Perform bank reconciliation and manage TDS-related compliance. • Verify purchase invoices against purchase orders and Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs). • Assist with month-end closing and maintain accurate financial records. • Coordinate with customers regarding warranty, AMC, and chargeable replacement parts. Required Skills • Hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software. • Good working knowledge of MS Excel. • Practical experience filing GST returns independently. • Knowledge of TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and receivables management. • Experience in a manufacturing or trading company is preferred.
