Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4–6 years of relevant experience in Financial Control / Accounting / Financial Reporting Hands-on experience in R2R, P2P, and O2C Experience in complex accounting transactions, financial reporting, cost analysis, and compliance Key Responsibilities: Handle financial control and accounting across R2R, P2P, and O2C. Review complex transactions and ensure accounting accuracy/compliance. Prepare financial reports and perform variance/cost analysis. Resolve accounting issues and ensure regulatory compliance. Support finance process improvement and transformation projects. Assess the financial impact of business changes and provide insights. Manage financial deliverables and collaborate with stakeholders.
