They now require a commercial and highly service lead Showroom Manager for their site in Stevenage. The Role Day to day management of a small team of sales executives Ensuring your Store standards are exceptional and at all times and H&S standards are consistently reviewed and met. Managing your Store and your Teams KPI's / Sales targets and ensuring you over achieve across a range of metrics from Sales to add on Sales Reviewing your teams performance with regular performance reviews and putting steps in place to ensure under performers are supported to achieve. Fostering a culture of customer excellence, delivering the best customer journey from their first visit to the store up until and including the after sales experience. The Person You will be an experience Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager, with a least 1 years experience managing small teams Ideal candidate will come from Retail, but the sector is not important, as long as you can display a passion for driving performance but always putting the customer and the experience first. Able to display experience and examples of going above and beyond for customers, especially when it doesn't go smoothly. You must be self starting, highly driven and motivated to exceed targets.
