This role would suit someone who enjoys working with families, managing detailed records and providing an efficient, professional service. About the Role Respond to admissions enquiries from prospective families. Process applications and maintain accurate applicant records. Coordinate school visits, tours, interviews and admissions appointments. Prepare correspondence and admissions documentation. Liaise with families, school staff and relevant external organisations. Monitor application progress and follow up on outstanding paperwork. Support admissions events and maintain confidentiality throughout the process. The Ideal Candidate Previous administrative or admissions experience is essential. Experience within a school or educational setting is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Confident using databases, spreadsheets and Microsoft Office. A professional, welcoming manner and the ability to manage multiple enquiries. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
