As a core member of the support team, you will ensure the seamless daily operation of the school’s IT infrastructure, classroom technology, and core networks. Key Responsibilities Delivering high-quality first- and second-line technical support to teachers, operational staff, and students across the campus. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware faults, software glitches, network connectivity issues, and peripheral errors efficiently. Installing, configuring, updating, and maintaining desktop PCs, laptops, printers, tablets, and specialized IT peripherals. Supporting end-users with Microsoft 365 administration, Windows environments, and bespoke educational software applications. Managing user accounts, resetting passwords, and maintaining secure access permissions via Active Directory and cloud management platforms. Setting up, testing, and maintaining classroom AV equipment, interactive displays, projectors, and digital media tools to ensure uninterrupted teaching.
