What You'll Do Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming patient calls, so excellent phone skills and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential! Answer incoming calls on a busy, multi-line phone system Assist patients with questions and appointment scheduling Direct calls to appropriate clinical and administrative staff Provide general support to the front office team Cross-train over time in patient check-in, check-out, and other front desk responsibilities What We're Looking For Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills – a MUST!
