The Role Teach Religious Education across KS3 and KS4. Plan and deliver engaging lessons covering religious traditions, philosophical questions and contemporary ethical issues. Develop students' ability to analyse different viewpoints and construct well-supported arguments. Monitor progress through regular assessment and provide constructive feedback. Contribute to curriculum planning and collaborative work within the humanities department. The Candidate Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Has strong subject knowledge and a genuine interest in Religious Education. Can encourage respectful discussion and thoughtful debate around sensitive topics. Adapts teaching to meet the needs of students with different abilities and backgrounds. Maintains high expectations and builds positive relationships with learners.
