About the position
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Key responsibilities include responding to support requests via phone, email, and in-person, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, maintaining documentation of support activities, and assisting with the setup and configuration of new equipment. The role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and applications, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The candidate should be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to the overall efficiency of IT operations. Experience with ticketing systems and familiarity with ITIL best practices is a plus.
