Head of Management Reporting & Business Finance Location: Mandaluyong City Work Setup: On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Description We are seeking a Head of Management Reporting & Business Finance to oversee financial planning, business analysis, and management reporting. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to drive profitability and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead management reporting and financial planning functions. Oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Deliver actionable financial insights to senior management. Evaluate business performance, margins, and operating costs. Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance. Ensure timely preparation of executive reports and dashboards. Manage and develop the finance team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. CPA is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of finance experience, including Management Accounting or FP&A. Experience in Retail, Restaurant, Food Service, or FMCG. Excellent analytical and leadership capabilities. Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel. Amenable to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
