Management Accounting Manager / Head (Fast Food Chain) Location: Mandaluyong City Work Setup: On-site Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Management Accounting Manager / Head to lead the company's financial planning and management accounting functions for a growing fast food chain. This role is responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business performance analysis to support operational excellence and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate has a strong background in management accounting, business partnering, and financial planning within the restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Prepare timely management reports, financial dashboards, and performance analyses. Monitor business performance, profitability, and key financial metrics. Provide strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Partner with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to support business objectives. Evaluate financial feasibility for new store openings, business expansion, and capital investments. Strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and reporting procedures. Drive continuous improvements in financial reporting and planning processes. Lead, mentor, and develop the Management Accounting team. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. CPA designation is an advantage. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Management Accounting, FP&A, or Financial Reporting. Experience in Fast Food, Restaurant, Retail, or FMCG industries is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Willing to work on-site in Mandaluyong City.
