VIP Onboarding Specialist

Solvero Group is a holding company that unites several businesses within one group and supports them through centralized HR, Legal, IT, and Finance services. We are looking for a VIP Onboarding Specialist who will play a key role in creating an exceptional first experience for our high-value players, ensuring a seamless onboarding journey and building long-term customer relationships from day one. What You'll Do: Welcome and onboard new VIP players, ensuring a smooth and personalized introduction to the platform. Verify account details and guide players through the registration and verification process. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers to enhance engagement and loyalty. Provide personalized support, address inquiries, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Promote VIP benefits, bonuses, and loyalty programs to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Monitor player needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, sales, VIP account management, or a similar client-facing role. Experience in online gaming or the iGaming industry is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset. English proficiency at an Advanced (C1) level or higher, both written and spoken. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
