Tomas, Batangas Employment Type: Contractual (3 Months) Work Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Job Summary The Quartz Fabrication Blower is for someone who wants to learn the craft of quartz blowing and fabrication from experienced people on the job. You'll start by supporting the team, learning the tools and processes, and gradually build the skills needed to shape and finish quartz components with precision. It's a great entry point for someone with basic machine experience and steady hands who's eager to learn a specialized trade. Key Responsibilities: Learning & Fabrication Support Learn quartz blowing and fabrication techniques under the guidance of senior team members Assist with preparing, shaping, and finishing quartz components according to specifications Operate basic machinery, including lathe machines, as trained and supervised Gradually take on more tasks as your skills and confidence grow Measurement & Quality Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to check dimensions and make sure parts meet requirements Inspect finished pieces for defects, flaws, or deviations from specifications Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor right away Records & Documentation Use the computer to log, record, and update production information as required Keep accurate notes of completed work and any issues encountered Safety & Workplace Standards Follow all safety procedures, especially when working with heat, glass materials, and machinery Use protective equipment as required Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe Qualifications: Knows how to use a caliper and micrometer Basic experience operating a lathe machine Computer literate Strong attention to detail and patience for precise work Eager to learn and open to feedback and coaching Reliable, punctual, and committed to completing the full contract period Excellent hand skills and steady, precise hand control
