Spanish + English + Digital Marketing Experience? We're Hiring! Ready for a new professional challenge in Lisbon? Cross Border Talents is looking for a B2B Customer Support Agent fluent in Spanish and English to support business clients using a digital platform. Your responsibilities: Assist business clients with questions and technical issues Troubleshoot account and operational problems Provide accurate information and tailored solutions Support customers through phone, email, and/or chat Follow established procedures and maintain high service standards Your profile: Fluent Spanish and English Experience in digital marketing and paid campaign management AdTech customer service or contact centre experience Understanding of social media and digital advertising Lisbon, Portugal | On-site Rotational 24/7 shifts, including nights, with two rotating days off.
