This role is responsible for leading large-scale consumer sales operations, expanding market reach, and optimizing multi-channel distribution to accelerate business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth Lead nationwide distribution channels including retail, partner networks, and direct sales teams Optimize go-to-market execution for consumer-focused products and services Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity Drive sales performance through KPIs, incentives, and operational discipline Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer lifecycle value Identify and scale new growth channels and partnerships Build and lead a high-performing national sales organization Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in consumer sales, commercial, or distribution roles Proven track record in scaling growth and managing large sales teams Strong experience in multi-channel distribution and field sales execution Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is an advantage
