About the position
Quality Engineering (QE) Lead Role Summary: Strategic leadership role focused on establishing an automation-first, shift-left Quality Engineering discipline embedded within DevSecOps delivery pipelines. Key Responsibilities: Define quality strategies, test automation frameworks, and pipeline quality gates. Build, lead, and mentor a team of Senior, Mid, and Junior Quality Engineers. Integrate automated functional, performance, and security scans (SAST/DAST) into CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications: 8–10 years in software testing/QE, with 3+ years in a leadership/management capacity. Hands-on expertise in test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman) and languages (TypeScript, Python, C#). Solid grasp of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and API/Cloud testing methodologies. Location & Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days WFH) – Mandaluyong City
