Product Support Specialist - Danish and English

Fluency in Danish and English is essential, and your language skills will be used every day. Key responsibilities: Guide customers through non-technical troubleshooting for apps, payments and services. Explain features, settings and account options in simple language. Handle customer questions by phone, email and chat. Document solutions clearly so they can be reused by the team. Meet quality and resolution targets. Requirements: Fluent level in Danish and English. Excellent written and spoken command of the languages listed in this advert. A professional, friendly and patient communication style. Comfort working with computers and several systems at the same time. Reliability, attention to detail and a team-first attitude. Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments.
