Job Description We are urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a US Healthcare Account in Ortigas. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers with healthcare-related inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare services and benefits. Assist customers with account-related concerns and service requests. Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring customer satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and performance targets. Qualifications College graduates are welcome to apply, even without prior BPO experience. Senior High School graduates and college undergraduates must meet the applicable experience requirements. High School graduates must have at least 6 months of international voice call center experience. Good to excellent verbal communication skills. Experience Requirements (at least one of the following): Minimum 3 months of BPO healthcare voice experience. Minimum 6 months of BPO call center experience. Minimum 6 months of hospitality industry experience. No BPO experience required for college graduates.
