Senior Costing & Financial Planning Manager (CPA) Location: Mandaluyong City Work Setup: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday About the Role We are seeking a strategic Senior Costing & Financial Planning Manager to oversee cost accounting, operational finance, budgeting, and financial planning across our restaurant and FMCG operations. Responsibilities Lead costing and financial planning activities. Develop product costing models. Perform financial analysis and forecasting. Review operational costs and margins. Support executive decision-making through data analysis. Improve costing accuracy and reporting. Ensure financial compliance. Partner with cross-functional leaders. Lead automation and process improvements. Manage and coach finance professionals. Qualifications CPA required. Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy. 8+ years relevant experience. Strong background in cost accounting and FP&A. Restaurant, FMCG, or Manufacturing experience preferred.
